Saint Joseph - Martin (SJM), formerly known as Our Lady of the Way Hospital, may
be small in size compared to some of today's newest hospitals, but what it lacks
in size, it makes up for in tradition and care. Our 25-bed critical care access
facility in Floyd County, Kentucky, provides patients with holistic,
personalized care.
In March 2008, Saint Joseph - Martin received the
Top Performer for Pneumonia Care
- Core Measure award at Catholic Health Initiatives' Quality and Risk
Management Conference.
In January 2008 - Saint Joseph - Martin was named once
again one of the top 25 Best Places to Work in Kentucky
in the medium-sized category by the Kentucky
Society for Human Resource Management in conjunction with the Kentucky Chamber
of Commerce.
